The Rocketeer serves the finest local produce from within the walls of what was once North Berwick’s Coastguard Station, where in the 19th century local volunteers who would fire rockets, with rescue lines attached, across the bows of stricken vessels in the Firth of Forth.
With a seating area now enclosed by a stunning glass structure the views across the beach and out to sea remain a thing of wonder.
The restaurant is open all-year round from breakfast through to dinner serving North Berwick lobster, fish and chips, seafood platters, crab, mussels, steaks and burgers in an air-conditioned environment.
We’re a registered First Fish Buyer which means we can buy the freshest catch directly from boats in the harbour.
The restaurant is fully licensed so that means beer, wine and bubbles – and you can even make use of our take away service to enjoy our food at home.
